"This stuff looks too hard!"
You are right – it is hard.
Our workouts are designed to challenge someone in top physical condition. Not everyone can complete these workouts without some modification (or “scaling”). Some never will. But don’t let that discourage you. Your goals will be different, your ability level will be different, and your experience will be different.
CrossFit will improve your overall fitness and health regardless of your current fitness level – or even lack of fitness level!
If the posted workouts look too difficult for you, don’t worry – we routinely scale the workouts to meet individual needs and capabilities. Weight loads can be scaled down, push ups can be done with varying degrees of incline, pull ups can be assisted with bands, etc.
